 A Springsteen Tribute

Who's the Boss?  Since 1980, Asbury Park's B-Street Bank, originally known as "The Backstreets", have paid tribute to Jersey's own Bruce Springsteet, making the band the longest-running tribute act in musical history.  They've even performed as Bruce's opening act.  Besides Springsteen's hits, the Band also covers classics by Roy Orbison, Billy Joel, Tom Petty and John Mellencamp
plus Motown and 70's disco.

Sha-Na-NaJune 30 - 8:00pm - Sha-Na-Na

From Woodstock to Grease to Ocean Grove!  ShaNaNa brings their rock & roll celebration to the Great Auditorium for the first time, in a dynamic, interactive show that includes highlights from their four-decade career, including the ShaNaNa TV Show.  The audience gets to sing and dance along, and participate in "Greaser Olympics."  Slick back your hair and jive to the classics performed by the "Crowned Princes" of Doo-Wop and Rock & Roll, Sha-Na-Na.

Mr. Rydell is recuperating from surgery.  Lou Christie will be covering for Mr. Rydell.

     Johnny Mathis - CANCELLED

We regret to advise that the Johnny Mathis show August 11, 2012 show has been cancelled. 

All tickets will be refunded in the week of July 23, 2012. 
If you do not receive a refund within 30 days,

The below is the statement from the Mathis Management Team.

Johnny Mathis will be undergoing a 2nd right hip replacement on July 31, 2012.  He will be canceling all of his upcoming dates from that time through his recovery period which is expected to run until the middle of October.  At his most recent office visit and examination, Mr. Mathis' Orthopedic Surgeon determined that the singer's first artificial hip has deteriorated to the condition where replacement has now become necessary.  

Mr. Mathis greatly regrets the inconvenience that this has caused to his fans as well as the venues and promoters.  He is very much looking forward to the end of October when he will be resuming his normal schedule of concerts and returning to his favorite thing which is singing.
