Willow Creek Leadership Summit
- Annual two-day training event for leadership
- Summer centerpiece for attracting new leaders to Ocean Grove
- Summer 2007 pilot, summer 2008 showed 25% growth in attendance
- Summer 2010 event is scheduled for August 5-6
Professional Life Coaching
- Joint effort between Ocean Grove Discipleship Training Center and CompassPoint International
- Mini-sabbatical program for Pastors and ministry leaders
- 2, 3, and 5 day programs available
- Overnight accomodations including breakfast in Grove Hall
- Professional coaching provided for 2 to 3 hours a day
- Reading material provided and assignments given
- Summer 2008 pilot with 18 ministry leaders participating
- Expansion to a year-round program expected in 2010

Youth Worker University

Launched in 2007 under the cooridation of Ocean Grove Director of Youth Ministries, David Burke

Monthly training events for youth leaders and youth pastors

Nationallty known speakers and trainers on a wide variety of topics specific to youth ministry

Program will include Youth Ministry Evaluation Seminar (December 2008), Parenting Seminary (February 2009), Christian Ministry Training (April 2009)
Drew Theological Seminary
- July 2008 marked the 11th annual week of study entitled Drew @ Ocean Grove
- In-depth component to the Doctor of Ministry (DMin) program at Drew University, Madison, NJ
- Future plans involve more offerings for pastors and ministry leaders
Somerset Christian College
- Early 2009 launch of Somerset Christian College adult completion degree called LEAD, Life Enhancing Accelerated Degree
- Opportunity for a Christian bachelors degree program for people with partial degree credits
- Ocean Grove is a satellite location for the state-wide program
- One night per week, one class at a time, 20-month completion goal

Worldwide Ministries
- A joint venture between the Ocean Grove Discipleship Training Center and local churches
- A ministry to come alongside the local church to train and equip called followers of Jesus to help combat the indoctrination in our society by teaching a world view that is consistent with Scripture
- Development of partnership opportunities with national organizations including

- Wall Builder's Ministries
- World View Academy
- Chuck Colson Ministries - How Now Shall We Live
- Develop a Christian think tank to allow for like minds to come together to address the church's view on worldview issues in our community, nation and the world
Missions Training Programs
- Mission 101 - Expanded program to two weeks in Summer 2008 and hosted over 180 young people and leaders in an introduction to missions work in the local community
- Exploring a relationship with World Vision to host missions training programs in Ocean Grove
- Exploring a relationship with Dayspring Ministries to plan and execute short term mission trips to Haiti for local churches
- May 2008 - Successful missions trip with St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Ocean Grove
- 2009 plans include a trip with Grace Christian Church, Tinton Falls, NJ and others
- Exploring a relationship with Touch the World Ministries to host short-term missions trip training seminars
