Fitness, Faith & Fun
A workout for the body and soul!
All classes are for adults 18 and older. Must register and pay for classes before attending. All class instructors are certified or licensed in their respective group fitness and hold a current CPR certification. Hand weights are not provided but you are welcomed to bring your own if you want.
Exercise mats are not provided.
Outdoor classes are weather dependent.
Senior Saturday Program is specially designed for adults 60+ regardless of your fitness level.

Class Descriptions
Coming in August: Righteous Stretch and Strength 💪
If you are looking for a combination class that will provide both stretching for flexibility and full body strengthening exercises then this workout for you.
You will feel your core, arms, shoulders, back and legs getting stronger by using body weight, resistance bands and light hand weights through an even paced 25-minute circuit. The balance to this class is the additional 20 minutes of deep stretching to increase range of motion and flexibility. With a focus on proper body positioning you can get maximum results for your 45 minutes of effort.
Please wear appropriate workout attire.
Be sure to bring a water bottle, light hand weights if you have them, an exercise mat for stretching and a “no quitting” attitude!
Zumba with Sherry — Pure Intensity Dance
It won’t feel like you're working out, but you will get sweaty. Lose yourself in the upbeat Christian music and find yourself in amazing shape at this dance style fitness class. Our high energy instructors will start your feet moving to the rhythm so you can get into great shape and have fun doing it. This class is for men and women of all ages who aren’t afraid to dance like nobody's watching. Taught by a Licensed Zumba Instructor.
Please wear appropriate footwear and exercise clothing,
bring a water bottle for hydration and an attitude of fun.
Pure Stretch
You don’t need to be flexible to do a stretch class! Proper positioning and consistent stretching leads to increased muscular and joint flexibility. This class is for both women and men of all ages and all abilities. It is a head to toe, non-stop stretching workout that includes both standing stretches and work on the floor mat. Static and Dynamic stretching can increase your range of motion for sports and an active lifestyle. Great for golfers, tennis players and athletes. Stretching gives muscles a longer, leaner appearance and flexibility keeps joints from feeling stiff due to inactivity. Great for men and women of all ages and fitness levels who are ready for a challenge.
Please bring a fitness mat. appropriate exercise clothing,
a water bottle and non-slip socks if you like to take your shoes off.
Divine HIIT
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you go all in and give it one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This class is designed for men and women who want cardio+body weight training to get in shape and feel great.
Please wear appropriate footwear, bring hand weights if you want to use them, a exercise mat or beach towel,
a water bottle and a great attitude.
Christian Yoga
This class focuses on the balanced integration of the whole person — mind, body, and spirit centered on Christ/Jesus, and created in the image of God. Poses and posture flows increase strength, range of motion, balance and flexibility of the body, with attention to breathing, bringing a sense of calm. Whether you are a beginner or a season yoga addict you will enjoy the fellowship and physical benefits of this class.
Please bring an exercise mat. Wear appropriate exercise clothing,
a water bottle and non-slip socks if you like to take your shoes off.
Senior Saturday Fitness Classes
Silver Fitness
Designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, improve agility and coordination, and enhance functional capacities and overall fitness. This class includes light cardio and focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use full water bottles as small hand-held weights, resistance bands and a soft 9-inch balls are provided. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. This program is for our 60 and older seniors.
Please wear appropriate footwear and exercise clothing. Bring a water bottle for hydration and get ready to feel stronger.
Silver Stretch (Senior Saturday fitness program)
This fun class with your peers is designed to increase flexibility, decrease joint stiffness, focus on core strength for balance, increase range of motion, improve mental clarity, and enjoy stress reduction. Modifications allow for this stretch class to be done from a chair to accommodate a variety of fitness levels. This class is for men and women, 60+ who love feeling fit and want to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Please wear appropriate footwear, clothing you can stretch in, a willing attitude and bring a water bottle.
