Tents and Cottages
Simple walled tents were the order of residence for the early years at the camp ground.
Tent living was very simple, with common cooking, eating and washing areas.
Today, many of the remaining 114 tents encircling the Great Auditorium house third- and fourth-generation families.
One-room cottages were gradually added to the rear of the tents to serve as a second room and kitchen. Today, all of the cottages contain a kitchen, a hot water heater, a toilet and a shower.
